Pathways Provision CIC: Inclusive Post-16 education and SEND support in Loughborough

Welcome to Pathways Provision

Pathways Provision is a not-for-profit post 16 provision that offers personalised packages that bridge the gaps for learners that provide training and mentoring opportunities alongside therapeutic interventions to enable a successful transition into adulthood.

We are focusing on 3 separate pathways that cover all SEND and SEMH needs for Post 16 learners.

Empowering Transitions for SEND and SEMH Post 16

Being SEND, SEMH or neurodivergent is a superpower. There are so many benefits, like having ADHD and being able to hyperfocus on things you’re passionate about, or being autistic and spotting important things that others regularly miss. People with dyslexia often have amazing creative thinking and problem-solving skills, while those with anxiety can be incredibly empathetic and tuned into how others are feeling.

People with sensory processing differences may experience the world in vivid, unique ways. These aren’t weaknesses, they’re different kinds of strengths. They’re superpowers.

We work with young SEND, SEMH or neurodivergent students to understand what their superpower is, and work with them to help them take the next steps from school into adult life.

Feeling overwhelmed? We totally understand. We’ll work at a pace and speed that makes sense to you. It’s all about giving you the confidence and tools to take the next steps, in a calm, relaxed and supported environment. No pressure. We work to your schedule.

Inclusive SEND and neurodivergent education provision and support

We support young people in a way that really works for them. We create personalised programmes that help bridge the gap, offering training, mentoring, academic learning, and the right kind of support to help you feel confident about your next steps into adult life.

We’ve got three unique pathways to choose from, each designed to meet a wide range of SEND and SEMH needs. Whatever a young person’s goals or challenges, we’re here to help them find a path that fits.

Focuses on independent living

SEND support: Focused on learners with a range of special educational needs, this pathway provides specialised training and interventions to support academic and personal growth.

Preparing for skills for life

SEMH support: Designed for learners with social, emotional, and mental health needs, we offer targeted mentoring and therapeutic support to foster emotional resilience and social skills.

Preparing for employment

Holistic development:
This pathway combines elements of both SEND and SEMH support, delivering a comprehensive approach to personal development and academic achievement.

Why choose Pathways Provision?

Pathways Provision is a dedicated not-for-profit organisation providing bespoke post-16 education and support. We specialise in offering personalised packages designed to bridge the gaps for learners, ensuring they receive the training, mentoring, and therapeutic interventions they need to transition successfully into adulthood.

Our mission is to address the diverse needs of post-16 learners, particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. We achieve this through three distinct pathways, each tailored to meet the individual requirements of our learners.

We’re here to help young people find their way after school, with the right support to make that next step feel less overwhelming. Everything we do is built around the individual, from personalised support plans and one-to-one mentoring, to expert therapeutic input.

Pathways is a calm, welcoming space where you can grow at your own pace, with people who really get it. And at the heart of it are our three core values: purpose, perseverance, and progress.

Support for parents and carers

We know that when we support young people, we’re also supporting their families and wider support network, and that matters to us. That’s why we stay connected with parents and carers through regular term-time meetings, family fun days, and relaxed Parents’ Days, when we can focus entirely on you. Whether it’s a catch-up call, a chat over coffee, or a moment to reflect and recharge, we’re here to offer support every step of the way.

Tori founder of Pathways Provision

“I started Pathways Provision because I genuinely believe every young person deserves independence, confidence, and hope for the future. Seeing our students grow their life skills, find their voice, and become more confident brings me so much joy. It’s exactly why this all began!”
